David is a qualified Gemmologist who has completed several further study
courses including Diamond Grading and Synthetic Gemstones. David is also a
member of the National Council of Jewellery Valuers.
David has been involved in the jewellery trade since 1968, working
in the exclusive retail trade in Mayfair for many years before
coming to Sydney where he took a senior specialist management
rôle with a long-established Sydney firm of Auctioneers
& Valuers, as Manager of their Jewellery Department.

Ian
is a qualified Gemmologist who has completed study in Australia and the
Gemmological Institute of America including Diamond grading and Synthetic
Gemstones. Ian is also a founding member of the National Council of
Jewellery Valuers and has been a Board member of the Council for many
years.
Ian has been involved in the jewellery trade since 1973, working in
gemstone importation, wholesaling and retail. He was the Manager of the
Jewellery Department of a well-known Sydney firm of Auctioneers and
Valuers. Currently Ian operates a Gemmological and Valuation consultancy.

Jonathan is a qualified Gemmologist who has completed several further

of years before coming to Sydney where he took a senior specialist
management rôle with a long-established Sydney firm of
Auctioneers & Valuers, initially as Manager of their Jewellery
Department and subsequently as General Manager and Fine Art
Director.
Jonathan is well-known in Sydney as an Auctioneer.
